TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENT

Payment is made after sketch approval via Paypal invoice with the full price of the commission
I do not accept payment plans for commissions under 150USD (those can be 50%/50%)
If the customer gives up on the commission during the sketch phase, I'll return the money discounting the sketch. But if they give up during the coloring phase there will be no refund whatsoever, so please be sure before commissioning.

The price chart refers to standard prices, but if the character has many details or features such as weapons, armor, wings etc they final price for the work might go up.

ALTERATIONS

A customer can do up to 3 turns of alterations for free during the sketch phase and 1 during shading. After the limit it'll be charged an extra 3USD per new alteration, so please make sure to have a concrete idea in mind and references before placing an order.

The alterations made during sketch can be about any part of the project such as features, poses, expressions etc, but as soon as the sketch is approved the only changes that can still be made are in regards of color, light and shadow. As such, the customer cannot ask for things such pose/expressions alterations after the sketch has been approved by them.

EXTRA CHARACTERS

I do charge 80% of the value for any extra characters as long as they are on the same canvas. So, for example, if you commission a piece with 3 characters, I'll charge fullprice for the first one and 80% for the second and 80% for the third.

If you are a Patreon supporter, it's 50% for any extra characters on the same canvas.

TURNAROUND TIME / DEADLINE

Turnaround time depends on the project's complexity, like the style, number of characters, scenarios etc.
Whenever you commission me I'll always tell you the estimate period I'll be starting on yours, but feel free to ask for estimate deadlines. Also do keep in mind I usually work on multiple commissions at the same time, so to make things easier there is a public spreadsheet where you can see in what stage our commission is at or how many people are in front of you.

The spreadsheet is updated daily and renewed monthly.

NSFW ART

I'm always open for NSFW pieces which you can check at my alt account @hayde_rain and there's no kinkshame here. But do keep in mind I will NOT work with the following themes no matter the circumstances: extreme gore, physical torture, pedophilia and rape/no consent.

PERSONAL USE / COMMERCIAL USE

All that's shown in this page such as pricing are solely for personal use commissions. As such, the customer can use it for themselves as long they are not profiting of it in any shape or form. I do allow the art to be used for tattoos, stickers and prints as long it's for the customer only. If your project is aiming at profit, please contact me for prices, since they depend on how and where they'll be used and in case of merch,

ARTIST'S RIGHT AND PORTFOLIO

Regardless of the work, I do keep creator's rights over each piece. As such, do not claim any commissioned artwork as your own, neither sell it as your own even if the character bein drawn is yours or a real person. Being the creator also allows me to use commissioned pieces on my portfolio and post it as a way to showcase my work. If you don't want a commissioned work being posted or need it not to be shown by X period of time, please let me know. I'm always fine with it and do have customers that ask to keep them private.
